These terms apply when you use buildstok.com (the “site”) or buy software from Buildstok (“we”, “us”). Buildstok is operated by Amir Iqbal, Pakistan. By buying or using our software, you agree to these terms.
1. What we sell
We offer digital products, delivered as downloads:
- Free HTML templates and selected free page-builder designs, which you can download without payment.
- Template kits for Elementor and Bricks (WordPress page builders), sold individually or as "Complete" bundles, for a one-time payment.
- Self-hosted web applications (PHP and MySQL) that you install on your own hosting, for a one-time payment.
We do not sell subscriptions or physical goods.
Each product page describes what the product does, its requirements, its price and what the purchase includes.
2. Buying and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown in US dollars; Paddle adds sales tax or VAT where it applies in your country and issues your invoice.
3. Delivery
Everything is delivered electronically. Right after payment you receive an email with a link to your account, where your downloads (and, for apps, your licence key) are available at any time. Free downloads start immediately on the website. Nothing is shipped physically.
4. Licence
Our products are licensed, not sold. Your rights are set out in the licence. In short: templates and kits may be used on unlimited websites, including client work; an app licence covers one installation; you may change the code; and you may not resell or redistribute the products themselves.
5. Updates and support
Each product page states how long updates and support are included (for example, all 1.x versions and 6 months of support). After that period your software keeps working; you can renew to receive newer versions and further support. Support covers installation, questions about features and fixes for bugs in our code, as described on the support page.
6. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
7. Your responsibilities
- Use the software lawfully, and comply with data-protection law for any personal data you store in it.
- Keep your own backups and keep your hosting secure and up to date.
- Keep your account sign-in email and licence keys private.
8. Live demos
Demos use sample data, reset regularly and may be changed or taken offline at any time. Do not enter real personal data into a demo.
9. Warranty and liability
We build our software carefully and test it, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect purchases already made under earlier terms.
