Pricing questions
Are the HTML templates really free?
Yes. They are free for personal and commercial projects, including client work, and download instantly with no sign-up.
What does one app licence cover?
One licence covers one installation (one live site or server) for your own organisation or one client. Development and staging copies of that installation are fine. See the licence page for the full terms.
Are there per-user or per-site fees?
No. Downloadable software has no per-user fees. Use it with as many staff, customers or records as your server can handle.
What happens after the update period ends?
Your software keeps working exactly as it is. You can renew to get newer versions and support, or keep the version you have.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 14 days of purchase, under the refund policy. Try the live demo first so you know it fits.
Who handles payment and tax?
Paddle.com is our reseller and merchant of record. They handle payment, invoices and sales tax or VAT for your country.
Do you offer discounts for several products?
Contact us if you need several products or several installations and we will put together a fair price.
