Server requirements

Most products are plain PHP 8 and MySQL and run on ordinary shared hosting. You need PHP 8.0 or newer with the PDO MySQL, GD, fileinfo and mbstring extensions, and MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.3+.

Each product page lists its exact requirements under "Technical details". Elementor and Bricks kits need WordPress with that page builder: see the kit guides above.

Installing a web app

  1. Download the zip from your email or your account, and unzip it on your computer.
  2. Create an empty MySQL database in your hosting control panel (cPanel → MySQL Databases).
  3. Upload the files to your hosting with the file manager or FTP — to the main folder, or a subfolder such as /helpdesk.
  4. Open the address in your browser. The web installer checks your server, asks for the database details and creates your admin account. Add the scheduled task (cron) it shows you, and you are done.

Updating to a new version

New versions appear in your account while your updates are active, and we email you when one is released.

Back up your files and database first. Then upload the new files over the old ones, keeping your config and uploads folders. Open the app and confirm the update screen if it appears — it upgrades the database safely.

Licences and your account

Every purchase creates a licence linked to your email. Sign in to your account with a link sent to that email to download your products, see your licence keys and check how long your updates last.

One licence covers one installation. Need another site? Buy another licence, or contact us for several.

Stuck? Contact support — we answer installation questions too.
